The form is a request for review, not an order. If the business and requested project fit the offer, Jeff confirms the project-specific scope and next steps before building begins.

The fixed transaction

1. Jeff reviews the business and requested website for fit.
2. If accepted, he builds two private, live website directions for the owner to compare.
3. The current website stays untouched during this review.
4. The owner chooses one direction and requests the refinements agreed for that project.
5. The $500 is due only after the agreed work is finished and the owner approves the website.

What is confirmed before work starts

Every business is different. Jeff confirms the pages or sections, required content, available assets, refinement boundary, expected timing, approval step, payment method, and any later launch or handoff work before beginning the speculative build.

Projects that may need a different scope

Complex online stores, custom integrations, regulated claims, large content migrations, multilingual production, or unusual technical requirements may not fit the $500 offer. If a request falls outside the fixed scope, Jeff will say so rather than silently attach a different obligation.

What this offer does not authorize

A request does not authorize changes to the business’s existing website, domain, hosting, accounts, customer data, or DNS. Any later migration or production launch requires a separate, specific approval.
