What this page collects—and why.

Submitting the form is a request for a project fit review. It is not a purchase. Slash & Burn Growth uses the information only to review the request and contact you about it.

Information you choose to submit

The form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email address, consent to be contacted, and an optional existing website address. It also records the campaign page and referral information connected with the request.

How the request is handled

The form is processed through a Google-hosted form receiver and placed in a private lead queue available to Jeff Redmond and authorized campaign support. The information is used to review fit, respond to the request, prepare an accepted project, and keep an accurate record of the conversation.

First-party campaign measurement

The page records non-PII events such as page view, form start, validation failure, submit attempt, valid submission, campaign identifier, city route, and a random visit or submission identifier. Those event records do not include the name, business, phone number, email address, or website entered in the form.

A random session identifier may be stored in your browser’s session storage so one visit can be measured without identifying you. The current review preview does not load a third-party advertising pixel.

You may decline to submit the form. If you have already submitted and want to correct or remove the request, use the contact information on the main Slash & Burn Growth privacy page.
